My Melt journey began before Melt even existed. One random Sunday morning during a particularly rough patch of life, I Googled “hot yoga”. Finding traditional yoga a bit slow for my taste, I stumbled upon yoga on a BOSU ball! This was August 2011 before Kelly Sodergren even owned a studio. I was hooked. I started coaching three years later.

I’ve tried my share of group fitness classes over the years and kept coming back to Melt for the heat, the music, the energy, the dark, and the focus on strength–both mind and body. This is truly my therapy and I feel lucky to be part of delivering the message that you deserve to make yourself a priority. See you soon!jkne
